Terms of use

Reecher is a marketplace that connects content creators with brands and venues in Dubai. Through it, creators can claim member perks, enter draws for activation days and apply to brand briefs. Brands can find creators, publish offers and run campaigns.

Any collaboration is between the creator and the brand or venue. Reecher provides the platform and is not a party to those agreements, except where these terms say so.

• You must be 18 or over to use Reecher.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person or business.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We review creator profiles before approving them, and we can decline or remove a profile at our discretion.

• Be genuine. Your follower and engagement figures must be real. Do not use bought followers or engagement, or misrepresent your audience.
• Perks are provided by partner venues and brands, under their own terms and subject to availability. You can claim each offer once. The partner, not Reecher, is responsible for the goods or service they provide.
• Content exchanges. When an offer asks for content, you agree to post it as described, within the stated deadline, and to send proof through Reecher. Repeatedly missing content you agreed to can limit or end your access to offers.
• Activation days are allocated by random draw or chosen by the team, as stated on each one. Entering does not guarantee a place.
• Briefs are optional. Deliverables, payment or gifting, and how the brand may reuse your content are agreed per brief.

• Honour the offers you publish to the creators who claim them, for as long as they are live.
• Use a creator’s contact details only to discuss a collaboration, and handle them in line with data protection law.
• Reuse creator content only within the rights agreed for that brief or offer.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your offers and for any claims made about your products.

Creators must clearly label sponsored or gifted content, for example with #ad or #gifted, as the law and each platform require. Creators publishing advertising in the UAE are responsible for holding any licence or permit the UAE Media Council requires. Brands must not ask creators to hide that content is sponsored.

Current prices are on our pricing page. Paid memberships are not open yet. When they are, the price, billing period, any free trial and how to cancel will be shown before you pay. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires, or where we say otherwise at the time you buy.

Do not use Reecher to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights
• harass, deceive or spam other members
• scrape the site, or copy creator data out of it
• get around the platform to avoid its fees, or interfere with how it works

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run Reecher, for example showing your profile to brands. Brands get rights to creator content only as agreed for a specific brief or offer.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why first.

We work to keep Reecher available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We cannot guarantee a particular number of perks, briefs, places or collaborations.

We are not responsible for what partners, brands or creators do, or fail to do, under agreements between them. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms as Reecher grows. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also email account holders before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
